Seeking a house "Cleaning Artist" for IMMEDIATE HIRE, to join our expanding team. We are looking for an individual who enjoys making a difference in people's lives and making new friends that could become like family! We clean houses, yes, but it is so much more than that. We are building a massive difference in people's lives by cleaning their homes and giving them their time. We are allowing families to spend more time with their loved ones, which is a HUGE service to the community. We are currently seeking someone for full-time availability. We have MORE than enough work. We offer competitive pay. ($16 to $18/hour DOE) with a review and possible increase upon 90 days of successful employment and use of the taught system. This could also evolve into a supervisory position for the right candidate! You will receive tips so your pay depends on how well you do. We have some very generous clients and our girls are averaging $20/hr. We will teach you a proven method of cleaning that will make you the absolute BEST in the industry. We work with essential oils and Castile soaps every day and rarely use chemicals. Heck, practice using our supplies at home to clean your own home! You'll make your home sparkle, shine, and smell DIVINE for free! SO cool :) Benefits include: * Cleaning Supplies/Equipment: The company furnishes all supplies/equipment. We will provide you with a caddy, vacuum, mop, mop bucket, and rag bag. All items will be kept with you for your use during your employment. It will be your responsibility that all items are maintained and kept up to date. Upon separation of work, supplies are to be returned to the company before the final check is released. * Flexible Scheduling - If you need a weekend off here and there, just let us know! We are SUPER flexible if we have plenty of notice. We really DO want you to have a work/life balance. Taking care of yourself is a priority! * Bonuses - We give bonuses for consistently doing a great job. Do what you are taught and the money will flooowww :) * Paid Birthday - Never work on your birthday again! If your birthday happens to fall on a very busy day or you are within your 90 days probation, we will give you one paid day off to use when you want (with notice) :) Yes, even if you are only part-time and just our Weekend Warrior. We are elated that you were born and want to show you that we care with a paid day off on or around your birthday. * Surprise "spiffs" - gift cards, and bonuses during job checks/reviews, and contests. * Full drive-time rate to cover mileage, fuel, and your time. You will get paid your FULL hourly rate in between houses. * Paychecks - Are distributed weekly via Direct Deposit $$$ This position is AMAZING for moms, where you will have the ability to work within school schedules.
