Job Duties:
• Assessing damages and develop a drying/cleaning/action plan for each unique loss
• Setting up and monitoring drying equipment in property owners' home or commercial spaces
• Taking and recording moisture readings and monitor drying process
• Communicating with property owners
• Removing damaged or affected materials from residential and commercial properties
• Moving and storage of property owners' belongings
• Perform job site production to include, but is not limited to, water extraction, removal of affected/compromised/damaged building material, use of hand tools/power tools.
Job Requirements:
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Dependability is critical. You must have a reliable vehicle or transportation
• After-hours and weekend work will be required
• Driver’s license preferred
• As a company insurance requirement, a background check is required
• Other duties as necessary / All other duties or projects as assigned
• IICRC certifications for fire & smoke restoration, WRT, and microbial remediation are preferred, but not required
