Real Estate Company looking for full time, experienced handyman to join our team. Applicant should have strong plumbing skills and experience with building maintenance systems such as boilers, hot water heaters and HVAC. Task will include Apt turnovers plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical work and janitorial skills etc. Applicant should have good communication skills as well as the ability to diagnose problems that arise in the building and complete necessary repairs. -Must Have tools -Must have van or truck -must have at least 3 years experience -must have ability to use smart phone
