We are looking to sign on at least 3 general contracting companies in the lE Area. We need general contractors who can take on residential and commercial projects. We get jobs throught the county through our network and paid advertisment. We give these jobs or sometimes leads to GC's who work with us. How it works: -Someone calls us looking for a general contractor for a new project. -We recomentd them to one of our general contractors. -The contractor go to the appointment and gives them a bid. -The contractor pays us 10% of the contact value if they are awarded the job. (Doesnt have to be all at once and can work off draws) -If the contractor doesn't end up gettting the job they don't owe us anything.
