Team players excel here and we always have each other's back. Packers start at $16.50/hr. Movers Start at $18.00/hr. Benefits: Paid Time Off for Full time employees after 6 months. Up to $150/mth for Health Insurance after 3 months of full time. $200 Employee Referral Bonus Pick Your Own Work Days Good Tips Requirements: Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service Dependability and reliability are essential for success in this position Ensure that all necessary paperwork, equipment, and materials are loaded before leaving the yard Protectively pad and wrap items for loading in vehicles and containers as directed Pack/unpack household goods correctly and efficiently Safely load trucks or containers, and safely deliver the items to the destination residence or facility as directed by supervisor Remove debris and leave the work site in a clean and orderly condition Have Reliable Transportation and a Smart Phone. Practice safety at all times. Job Skills: Professional customer service attitude and demeanor Valid driver’s license with a good driving record Drivers are responsible for transporting, loading, and unloading household goods in a productive and safe manner Clear communication skills with customers and team members Make sure all work is performed efficiently, thoroughly, and as safely as possible Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles and equipment Uniforms provided.
