I'm in my early 40s, I have a family and a full-time job. I've been drumming for the past 25+ years and I do it for fun, nothing too serious. Some of my favorite musicians/bands are: Neil Finn (and all Crowded House), Wilco, Toto, Steely Dan, Tragically Hip, Clapton, etc. I'm looking for like-minded musicians.
