Female CDL contract driver for specialized freight

Seeking a true contract commercial driver to operate my Peterbilt tractor hauling specialized freight (such as pintle or combination hitch coupled trailers, overweight and/or oversized). You must have your own iPad to use the ELD, to send and receive email, and for truck legal navigation. This is a contractor gig NOT a full-time OTR job. You would receive 40% of the gross and you would be professional enough to work directly with my dispatch service to negotiate the trip, with little to no involvement from me. Females are very poorly represented in the trucking business, so I am trying to do this with a female. You must be able to drive a manual 10 speed transmission. NONE of the trips we accept will force you to break any rules, and breaking the rules (yes, that includes “5 over the limit”) will end this deal very quickly. For overnight trips you would spend the night in a hotel; this is a day cab tractor on purpose - in my experience most standard sleepers are inhumane since they lack the two facilities a human being needs the most besides a bunk: a toilet and a shower. NO SMOKERS! I paid a lot of money for this truck and I want a neat professional in it not someone who will trash it. Specialized freight requires more skill but it also pays far better than regular freight; so, rather than working yourself to the bone for $700/week and living in a truck, you might consider making well over a grand per trip and being home far more than the average trucker ever will be.
