Because out of no one's actions but my own.I want to see if anyone has a beater with a heater who would be willing to donate it to me or sell it to me on payments once I got back to work.I have a class a cdl and need a vehicle to get to and from the truck where ever I plan to work.I do not have credit nor anyone I know could loan me enough money to buy a car.
