Remodeling homeowner needs experienced handyman for some help with "above his payscale" home projects. Pay is $25 per hour. Projects needing help include: ** new under counter dishwasher installed / need old one removed -- **install bathroom medicine cabinet / old one already removed, screw in and level, caulk. **remove existing old "globe light bar style" and rewire and replace with modern vanity light. Owner/handyman will touch up recent unpainted area where lightbar was removed to match new light wall footprint. **reinstall 30 feet of wall baseboard that was removed for recent flooring installation. some baseboard can be cleaned up, sanded and nailed back -- some need cutting to size new matching baseboard owner supplies. Plus the usual, nailing, fitting and caulking. **install non vented above range microwave with exhaust fan. Owner has wall mounting plate. needs above cabinet holes drilled for top side support screws. Above cabinet already has outlet and incoming microwave already has plug attached. Top blower motor will need to be rotated from "top exit exhaust" to "recirculating" front facing position. Need to measure corresponding location of top of microwave support screws. This project will also remove old unvented (crappy looking) exhaust fan. Undo and install electrical connections. (Homeowner can assist holding incoming microwave in position while experienced handyman levels and screws into wall and on wall frame.) There may be an additional item forgotten to mention -- but that basically it. You must have transportation, basic tool box for job, experience and skills for above listed projects. Some English is preferred for communication purposes. Paid in full upon completion of jobs. There is no smoking allowed in house.
