My dog is lost, please help bring her home

Her name is Harriet. She is a medium-small dog. She is Brindle Brown. Her tail is thin and curls up. Her nails front nails are long and she has long legs. She has been missing since 10/3/22 and has been without her meds for seizures and Valley Fever. She is extremely cautious and weary around people. She had a collar on that is Purple, Orange and Yellow. She lives off of Mission between Ajo and 36th.
