Responsibilities: -Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order -Attend to customers upon entrance -Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages -Take and serve orders -Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products -Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff -Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude -Issue bills and accept payment Requirements and skills: -Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience -Hands-on experience in cashier duties -Attention to cleanliness and safety -Patience and customer-oriented approach -Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude -Responsible and trustworthy -High school diploma -Food Handler’s Card -ABC certification -Line/Prep-Cook/DishWasher- The ideal candidate for this job is someone who: Has a minimum of one year work experience, in a fast paced kitchen Is dependable- the restaurant and your teammates rely on you. REQUIREMENTS: - Food Handler's Card - Reliable transportation Prep/Line Cook Job Duties: Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes and presentation specifications Operate standard kitchen equipment safely & efficiently Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen equipment Restock items as needed throughout the shift Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes -Dishwasher Job Duties- Performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as (but not limited to) properly cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies Restocking dishes in front and back of house Assisting with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested Light cooking and prepping duties Handling all foods, storage and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state and local regulatory procedures regarding food storage, cleaning and preparation
