I am needing a family lawyer for what should be an easy case. Difficult ex, but child is now 12 and wants to live with me. I am an excellent parent with no criminal/drug/alcohol problems and I have a F/T job and available to care for and provide for my children. I cannot afford to pay a huge chunk of money down right now but can make monthly/bi-weekly payments until you have your amount needed.
