Looking for a Handyman/Property Manager to handle maintenance requests from tenants on a growing portfolio of residential properties throughout Ontario County. Someone with a well rounded skill-set: painting, light electrical, plumbing, flooring, carpentry, masonry, HVAC/Appliance repair, etc. Responsibilities also may include serving legal documents to tenants, refreshing/updating units as tenants turn over, etc. Must have transportation and basic tools. This is an Independent Contractor Position. Hours can be flexible. This is a great opportunity to partner with a fast growing residential redevelopment company in Ontario County!
