Full Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES: • Ensure business is open on time everyday 5 days a week Tuesday Thru Saturday and fully operating 9:AM To 5:PM paid lunch 1PM to 1:30PM • Greet and welcome all customers with a smile, educating customers on CRV Recycling in a professional manner when needed • Identify different types of containers in order to separate and purchase at correct values • Conduct all transactions on hand held tablet • Process and load materials in there designated areas • Ensure all receipts are signed by customers, Pay out customers transactions with cash • Properly and safely be able to lift up to 50lbs consistantly throughout the day • Constantly be cleaning, sweeping and organizing • Must have ability to plan ahead and always be prepared • Capable of handling moderately strenuous activity. • Keeping strong communication with managment and dispatch team by creating and sending reports in a timely manner •Strong work ethic is a plus. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • Must be self-motivated • Must have reliable transportation • Must have basic math and cash handling skills • Must have a clean and organized mind set • Must have excellent customer service and communication skills • Must be punctual, responsible and reliable • Must be able to perform at your top level with minimal supervision • Must be able to work outdoors in extrem weather conditions in a steel storage container Previous TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE preffered: • Customer Service • General computer, personal cell phone or tablet • Cash handling • General labor • Working in an outdoor environment • experience recycling CRV beverage containers whether personally or professionally PHYSICAL: •Standing, lifting, sweeping, cleaning and organizing for prolonged periods of time - up to 8 hours or more per day Starting pay rate: $16 an hour 40+ hours a week With paid lunch time
