Looking to hire a full or part-time technician. $16 to $30 to start based on experience and tools owned. Must have tools and reliable transportation and MUST be willing to go into to attics and crawl spaces to run cable. Experience with the following systems and equipment is a plus. AV experience hanging TV's and hiding the wiring in the walls. Installing and wiring ceiling and outdoor speakers with volume controls. Connecting and configuring Denon, Yamaha, Sony etc.. AVR's Installing projectors and motorized screens. Connecting HDMI extenders or baluns. Connect cable boxes terminate F-fittings connect sources like AppleTV, Roku, Fire stick, Bluray players, satellite boxes etc.. Programming control systems URC, RTI, Control4, Crestron, etc. even Harmony Networking experience with Ubiquiti, Luxul, Cisco etc. Able to Install and configure access points and routers and understand port forwarding. Terminate RJ45 fittings and punch down network keystone jacks. Alarm systems experience with DSC or Honeywell programming. Installing and wiring alarm contacts on windows and doors. Wiring motion detectors glass breaks and smoke detectors. CCTV installation and configuration. Hikvision, Hunt, Swann, Lorex, etc Installing DVR's or NVR's with cameras and terminating BNC fittings or RJ45 fittings. Lighting control installation. Lutron RadioRa2 or Caseta. Installing and configuring NEST, Ring, Eero, Doorbird, Sonos, Yamaha music cast, Schlage, Kwikset Kevo, Ultraloq, Yale, August smart locks. Pentair screenlogic, Jandy iAqualink pool controlers.
