Audio Visual Setup For An Event

We have a meditation & music event happening on October 20th in Chicago. We are looking for the items below: Load in is 3:00pm, sound check at 4:30p, doors at 6:30p, Event at 7pm & ends by 8:30pm. TECH NEEDS 2 x Speakers active 500 watts (at least) 2 x Speaker stands. 2 x XLR cables 25ft. 4 x 1/4” cable for Electric Harp, Cello, Guitar, Violin 4 x Direct Boxes 1 x 16 Channel Mackie (Similar 1 x Wired Boom Mic on Stand (harpist vocals) 2 Overhead condenser mics (for sound bowls) like 1 x boom mic (Shure ME66 or similar) 1 SM57 mic (for Shruti Box) 2 Shure Beta 52 4 x Mic boom stands + Sound Tech to run sound for us We will be traveling with two wireless headset mics & will need to plug them into Shure packs. We also need to be able to plug an iPad into the PA (minijack to XLR male)
