This is a full time position and will require on-call availability.  Superior Responsibilities *Perform field restoration activities including demolition  (removal of drywall, insulation, carpet and carpet pad, etc.) cleaning, emergency flood service, restorative drying, fire and smoke damage cleaning and deodorization, content cleaning, pack out and storage and other specialized cleaning. *Work hand-in-hand with Field Supervisors to lead the mitigation crew and overall quality control and customer satisfaction. *Fast response to emergency water/fire damage claims and other restoration-related activities within the company. Set up and operate equipment such as moisture detectors and water removers. Using company software  to update or review job information and thoroughly document work done (take photos and properly document all work).
