I found a catalytic converter on the harbor bridge going over the 5 free way. I don't know much about car parts, but I've seen and have heard of people getting these ripped off. This one looks like it was stolen as there are saw cuttings on both ends. there is a wire mesh cylinder and a flattened tube body with an electrical piece out the side, I'll post pictures soon. If you got yours ripped off, hit me up and see if this is yours.
