Good morning My 12 years old Pomeranian dog went missing on Monday 09/26/22 at the corner of South Fry Rd & Tilstock in Katy. He was then picked up by a lady on South Fry Rd driving a pick up. She is a heavy set, average height Hispanic lady who checked with one neighbor only if the dog belongs to them as shown in attached video.The lady then leaves with the dog and never returns or drops dog at a shelter. The dog is on life-saving medications and needs urgent medical care. He is WHITE, neutered, and suffers from urinary incontinence. PLEASE SHARE the info provided to help us identify this lady.
