Special Pup needing a special home

We will try this again. Had a lady interested but lost her contact info. I have a special pup that would need a truly special home. He's about a year old now, he was a rescue. He was a wild dog. Never seen humans before. He was rescued off a reservation in Utah. He has come a long way but will need a home that doesn't want to take him anywhere. He is only comfortable at home. He can never go out. He can never go to the vet without being sedated. He can never be let out of a fenced yard or you will never caught him. He's great with other dogs and cats. He wouldn't be a good fit for someone with children or someone who wants a dog to cuddle. He's more like a cat and he does his own thing. You can not hold him down at all. I've been able to brush him finally if he comes to you first. Doesn't wear a collar and can not put a leash on him. You wouldn't be able to give him a bath either. Brushing has been the only thing we have gotten away with. Last time we tried to take him outside his yard he freaked out. I'm in no rush to rehome him, I'm just looking to see if we can find his special forever home. I can give you more info and pics if wanted. Email or text. He looks kind of like a husky but only around 20-25lbs. No one really knows what he is mixed with believed to be part coyote in there somewhere.
