I will need somebody to do ditch digging I have the tools I don't know if it'll take one hour or 4 hours. I have tools you just need to show up. I'll pay a minimum of $50 even if it takes an hour because I don't want to waste anybody's time. However I will not pay $50 if the job is not done and you leave early for instance if you decide to come over dig a ditch for an hour and then job is not done and leave I am not going to pay you $50 Please be willing to work if all you wanna do is sit on your phone and text and smoke cigarettes I'm not gonna pay you.
