We are a leading manufacturer of the highest quality semi-custom power boats and build our boats from start to finish. We are a stable, and growing company that has been in business for over 30 years conveniently located in Largo, Florida and are looking for multiple team members to join our team as we are expanding our production to meet the demands of the market and have a variety of openings. We offer steady full-time employment and a tremendous amount of growth opportunity! Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 3:30PM Assembler: Responsibilities and requirements: • Ability to accurately measure, cut, fit, and install parts. • Use of hand and power tools including saws, screwdriver, mallets, and bolts. • Must have 1-2 years of assembling experience. • Must be able to bend and twist Fiberglass Laminators and Finishers: • Lays thin fiberglass cloth into boat molds • Applies a gel coat to the fiberglass • Working with hand/ power tools including grinders, buffers, and drills to shape and smooth edges. • Must be okay working in manufacturing environment • Ability to stand for extended periods of time Compensation is starting at $17.00 per hour - plus based on experience Competitive benefits offered after the probationary period, including: 401(k), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Vision insurance, Life insurance, Paid time off, Paid Holidays, and Performance Based Increases in your base rate of pay!
