We offer above industry average pay and multiple perks to make working here better than our competitors. $$ Incentive based pay scale with guaranteed minimums. $$ Guaranteed time off / ALWAYS EITHER A FRIDAY OR SATURDAY OFF!!! $$ Shifts Available: **Work 3 and 1/2 days per week and have 2 1/2 days per week off (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, 12hr shifts starting at 8am and Tuesday 6hr shift starting at 8am=42hrs per week) --or-- (Tuesday 6hr shift starting at 3pm and Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 12hr shifts starting at 8am=42hrs per week) NEVER ON CALL: work your scheduled shifts and you never are required to be on call. Your time off is yours to enjoy. ALWAYS NEW TRUCKS: All Ford and Chevrolet fleet. We never keep a truck past 3 years old. BEST equipment. Always well maintained. You don’t have to worry about “janky piece-of-sh*t always broken just make due figure it out trucks”. SAFETY CULTURE: You are not paid enough to get injured and take risks. Safety culture is the most important aspect of your job. We take precautions, never change tires on interstates or busy highways and have a lot of equipment most companies don't spend money for to help keep you safe. We believe in 4 points of tie down on every vehicle towed--even short towed. We do it safe. We do it right. (if you have bad habits and are a shortcut type of person don't apply) PAID WEEKLY: paid every week for the previous week’s work. We don’t mess around and play games with your earned money. You tow it. We pay you!! Even if the company hasn’t been paid you get your money. REAL PAY CHECKS: We are a real company and have been in business over 28 years. You get a real pay check (or direct deposit) with a real pay stub and real accounting of your commissions. NO hand written checks where you are getting scr*wed with what you are supposed to earn. WE PROVIDE ALL UNIFORMS, TOOLS & CELL PHONE: We buy the best tools, straps, safety equipment, unlock tools, flashlights and provide them to you. Use our tools not yours. (Just don’t loose them) Each truck is equipped with a company cell phone and GPS. Guaranteed Base Pay PLUS Bonues: We pay a base hourly wage PLUS a BONUS of everything you tow. Best of both worlds. NEVER be at work for “free”, you are always earning and you can always earn more by towing more. $$$Above Industry Average Pay$$$ PAID OVERTIME: If you work over 40hrs in a week you will be paid 1.5 times your hourly wage.
