Requirements -Mechanically inclined -Good work Ethic -Ability to learn quickly -ability to work independently -Maintain effective communication with supervisor and staff -Possess a current, in good-standing Driver's License and reliable transportation. -This is a uniformed position where the majority of the work is performed indoors. -Must be eligible to work in the United States. -Grounds maintenance and snow removal -emergency response with overtime If you are mechanically inclined, have a good work ethic, can learn quick and have good communication skills you will receive on the job training in light electric, plumbing, carpentry and light hvac.
