Light yellow plastic ID card displaying a photo of the owner (seemingly one of those containing a contactless access chip) inside a transparent sleeve attached to a retractable plastic keychain found in the gutter on Phillips Ave between Shady Ave and Pittock St. Card doesn't appear to have been crushed or damaged, so it must have been dropped recently. No institutional affiliation or employer name appears on the card, although the owner's name and several cryptic numbers are present on the card. Please provide your name and a photo sufficiently similar to the one on the card to reclaim.
