Lake Holdings, LLC is comprised of 2 main companies- Everest Direct Mail & Marketing and CanvasPrints.com. Each of these companies fill a niche role in the print market. From our direct mail & marketing one stop shop to commercial trade printing to custom canvas prints, we do it all!
This position includes general maintenance and repairs of all facets of the production facility. The maintenance technician will perform assignments related to facilities upkeep. This is an entry level position.
Responsibilities:
Perform all work to industry standards and maintain a professional manner and appearance.
Communicate with team professionally and politely.
Completes all facility repairs and maintenance task assigned in a timely manner.
Cleans up and/or repairs any debris or damage caused during the performance of assigned task.
Maintains tools, materials and equipment in clean and safe condition.
Follow established safety rules and regulations ensuring a safe work area.
Ability to work at heights utilizing ladders, scaffolding, and boom lifts when applicable. Strong attention to detail, integrity, work ethic, and must be reliable.
Must be able to cooperatively work with others.
Performs Daily Routine Basic Cleaning and Facility Organization
