Hi, I need to find a home for my sweet girl ASAP. Her sister just passed away very unexpectedly. She had a bad reaction to a new medication and I lost her. Ever since then, Boba has been extremely depressed and does not want to be held or even seen really. I cannot get another rat, so I need her to go to a great family who already has at least one female rat. She is very sweet and absolutely adores other rats. She is a double Rex so she has patchy hair and curly whiskers and is slightly smaller than the average female rat. Because of her hair and skin, it is necessary to keep something like lava ledges in the enclosure to keep nails filed and also plenty of small, warm, cozy enclosed spaces for her to get warm in. She also needs food with high protein as she uses more energy to stay warm. In the pics she is the dark one. I love her so much. I just cannot deal with anymore emotional heartbreak right now so I can’t commit to another baby, and I know there will be an amazing family already out there for her somewhere. I am hoping she finds a family with somebody who would be willing to update me every once in a while on how she’s doing and stuff.
