Join us in the Co-op Classroom for this fun and educational herbal blending class from Deanna. Learn to make your own chai tea blend, chock full of herbs and spices to chase the colds and warm the toes. You'll go home with a sample of tea to brew at home and recipes to make your own out of ingredients you can find at the Co-op. The opportunities to customize and experiment with your own flavors are endless! About the instructor: Deanna Hanson owns and operates Spiral Healing in Everett, WA, and has been an herbalist for 25+ years. Her Healing Arts repertory includes Western herbs, massage, and aromatherapy, and she most recently graduated with a Masters's Diploma in Acupuncture.
