Check out Hank a 4-5 year old English Coonhound who originates from Abilene, Tx where he lived with a bevy of dogs, but was never used for hunting. He has the typical houndy/goofy personality, loves having his ears, neck rubbed, will instantaneously roll over for belly rubs. Mind you, those long hound ears are exceptionally therapeutic & oh so velvety! Although he lived on a chain for much of his life, this sweet boy enjoys leash walks & doing a sniff-a-thon of any grassy area. Hank would love to explore our 7 acre enclosed dog parks around the Bay Area. Good with all dogs, including smalls, this hound just wants to be loved! He is not a random barker/conversationalist, but will happily listen to your daily spiels with a quizzical quirk of the head. Our hound boy has been fully vetted including neuter, negative heartworm test, vaccinations. He has an adoption fee of $325 & is sponsored by Heartfelt Hound Rescue in the East Bay.
