October 20 starting at 6:30 PM we are excited to host Nicholas Carvalho at Prost for our fall Stein Member Tasting. Each wine will have a different type of entree that Manu has specifically picked for each wine.

King Ludwig Goulash with a dumpling and red cabbage

Birne Helene: Poached pear with vanilla ice cream with warm chocolate Ganache
