Possible abandoned kitten

Possible abandoned kitten on property. Could be around four weeks old but we’re not sure if the mother is feeding it or not. Feral cat that we recently noticed had a liter in a box in our garage. It’s been about two weeks and we have only found one kitten left. We are not in the area only here on weekends. Any advice on what to do? Is there a shelter we can take it to? We just wanna do the right thing.
