Come to the heart of America's cheese country in the Driftless region of Wisconsin (30 min. east of St. Paul, MN) to eat and learn about cheeses from around the world. The Maiden Rock Inn historic brick schoolhouse hosts cheesy parties to school your palette on cheesy culinary traditions from Wisconsin curds to French fromage, with all things cheese in between.
Raclette 101 focuses on the bubbling, melted glory of French and Swiss chalet-style cheese with copious accompaniments.
Hosted by your Alsatian friends, Betsy and Julien at Bugdahl Hall, in the lower level of the Maiden Rock Inn.
