NouVo Studio and Wellness Inc., a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization in partnership with ‘Beauty for Tweens’, is proud to announce the Fourth Annual preteen girls’ healthy skincare and natural hair event, aiming for adolescent girls between the ages of 8 to 12. The girls in attendance will receive education on routine maintenance and the importance of embracing their natural hair and skin, as well as the latest beauty trends and tips. Beauty for Tweens motivation is to cater to girls seeking representation and education about healthy habits to develop for haircare and skincare routines. Beauty for Tweens is hosted by Gwen S. with hands-on activities, product giveaways and Q & A! What makes this particular demographic so essential is that it marks the evolution of young girls growing from a little girl to a teenager. During this period of time, the experiences that these girls endure are life changing, through puberty to social life issues. An event like this is essential because it provides the necessary tools to support young girls during these developmental years. Additionally, it teaches them that they are not alone when it comes to this specific time in their life. The event will be held in-person on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at 11:30a.m. NouVo Studio / The Salon 1900 University Blvd South.
