Reserve your table for a great INDOOR vendor event, a continuation of the successful summer series! Take advantage of the winter visitor foot traffic, and air conditioning, at Ak-Chin Circle Entertainment Center! Brought to you by Raymond Law 6' Table - $55 Vendors must provide own tables and all tables must have cloth covers. Setups larger than 6 ft will be required to purchase additional space(s). Registration is non-refundable. Spaces will be assigned when you arrive at the event. Please do not set up prior to checking in. Electricity is available for vendor use. Setup begins at 2:30PM. Direct marketing vendors email [email protected] for approval prior to registering. Only one reservation per direct marketing company will be permitted. Provide NAME, PRODUCT/COMPANY NAME & DATE OF EVENT. YOU WILL NOT GET REFUNDED IF YOU REGISTER BY "ACCIDENT"!FOOD VENDORS NOT PERMITTEDNO REFUNDS; Vendors who commit to to the time must remain for entire duration, leaving early will result in automatic ban from future events.NEW RULES: STORAGE BINS & THAT CANNOT BE HIDDEN UNDER TABLE MUST BE RETURNED TO VEHICLE DUE TO NEW ARRANGEMENT
