Quality used tires screwed me over

So I went to quality used tire to get my tire replaced and these idiots use an air impact wrench or whatever to put on the lug nuts instead of just you know you tiny them by hand first they just went straight into it with the freaking thing and they strip three of my bolts therefore when I went to go get them studs whatever so when I went to get them off they broke so now I have to try and I got some new studs to put in but I'm having issues because I can't remove the whole axle I can't move the axle left remove the thing I don't know I just need help anybody that can help me I don't know what the hell I'm doing and I'm just messing it probably but I would like some help and please help me
