South Florida Caribbean Conference (SFCC) 1st Annual SOCATON in South Florida on November 13th, 2022, from 9 am-3 pm at 1400 N. State Rd 7 Lauderhill, FL 33313 (Lallo’s Caribbean Restaurant). This year’s event is a walk/dance along to music from the Caribbean followed by speakers raising awareness on Mental Health as well as connecting families to our local community partners. This year our fight as a community is on Mental Health. This inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to join the fight against causes that affects our community. Our focus at SFCC is to bring our community together to help those in need, to connect families with available resources, and to empower families to live a healthier and more successful life. At the event “Socaton” on November 13th, 2021, each team will have the opportunity to advocate for his/her own cause towards Mental Health. You must register and be a part of the SFCC Socaton 2022. Registration guarantees the integrity of the event and obligates you to the terms of the Organizer’s Agreement. This Socaton event is an opportunity to actively involve participants to raise community awareness about mental health, recognize the red flags and connect individuals to local community resources. All participants must acknowledge and agree to the terms of SFCC. In addition, we will have motivational and educational speakers on issues such as mental health, accessing available community resources, exciting giveaways, music, prize drawings, and much more!
