**************Both positions will require a paid working interview to assess abilities.************* Arborist- Climber 22-30$/hr We are looking to hire an arborist/climber to efficiently run a crew. 5 years or more of experience with is preferred but not a must have. Need to have a valid drivers license with a clean record for three years. All gear/ saws/ PPE will be provided. Wearing required PPE is not optional. Any special gear that the climber may desire to improve production will be purchased by the company. Unpaid vacation may be taken during the first year. After the first year, we will pay one week of vacation and 300$ towards boots. Some overtime may also be available but not required on a regular basis unless there is widespread storm damage. We rarely work weekends. We believe time to rest and spend with the family is very important. Workers are welcome to do side jobs on their own time as long as the work does not come directly from working for us. Groundman- 16-22$/hr Needs to have a drivers license and preferably some experience with a saw and roping. We would prefer someone that has the desire to climb and learn to be a professional arborist. Good pay and raises for exceptional performance and reliabilty.
