National Company seeks new manager for multiple detail crews. Ground Floor position for established company. - 3 soon to be 4 locations. - Manage 25-30 employees - Set shifts and schedules - Manage hiring and terminations - Daily billing and payroll approvals (computer skills not manual) - Massive growth potential... seasoned peer in OK, KS, TX,... making 6 figures. Skills needed: - Management - Email, Quickbooks, Phone Apps - Customer Service - Basic knowledge of Automotive Dealerships / Detailing - Spanish and English is preferred but not necessary Current Position will require at least 6 weeks of paid training by National Director and multiple trainers. Training Travel optional, or in PHX only.
