Tarps/help needed

I am low income, 64 years old, and disabled, and I live in an old 1988 RV without water, or a sewer. I'd bought four brand new tarps and while I was gone last night in a class at the college someone stole the tarps that I needed for wind protection for my dogs and chickens. I'm waiting for the police to do a report. If anyone has any heavy canvas material, old heavy duty curtains, or decent tarps please drop them off or send them to me, please! I'm in Grants, NM (Message me if you can help). I've had a local mentally disturbed individual stalking, destroying and stealing from me since I moved here. I know who it is. My $450 Night Owl battery operated cameras stopped working. They are garbage. My chickens are cold. I have a large dog that has no dog house and no tarp to cover his outdoor cage. The dude has been feeding him meat ever since I got my dog as a youngster, so the dog thinks the psycho-stalker belongs here. No signal from cameras shown on television pictured.
