Two or three small jobs around the house

I have a couple things: 1. Replace the kitchen faucet. (Single hole) 2. Clean out the dryer hose and reconnect. 3. Replace a toilet flusher. Rarely used guest bathroom seems to be sticking and whines. I can assist/help with the repairs. I have some tools and necessary ladders. If all goes well, I have a few more projects that can wait, but would like to find someone reliable and is something of a "jack-of-all-trades". (Install a new vanity in the guest bathroom, Minor fireplace repairs). Email only. Give me a quick description of your experience and skills.
