Parking space for UNH?

Hi there! I'm an older student returning to gain a different degree (pre-med, then on to med school). Parking on campus is proving to be a massive headache. The price to park, the time-limits, the ensuing parking tickets when I arrive a minute too late, the lack of spaces, the walking journey to and from class if I park in the commuter lot (30+minutes one-way). I am wondering if anyone who lives near the intersection of Academic Way and Mill Road would be interested in renting out a parking space for less than/equal to $50/month? I would so much rather my money go to a community member than a giant school institution, and a place where I don't have to move my car every two hours, etc. Of course I would want to work out some sort of a lease/written agreement that includes where you are comfortable with me parking, when I can park there, the cost, etc. So that it is clear and equitable for both parties.
