Description
Looking for a highly motivated individual to join a small property management company to help manage student housing and retail on the Boulevard. Candidates will work to make sure that all types of buildings are neat, clean, free from clutter and safe. Duties include but are not limited to picking up trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, or using industrial cleaning equipment to clean floors, cleaning and stocking bathrooms.
Company offers competitive hourly rate, health insurance and Simple IRA with company match. Background check and drug screen will be required. Please submit resume and salary requirements if interested. Full time position available. Weekend work required.
