High Volume Auto Body Shop Seeking All Positions!! Multiple Locations. Great work environment with Paid Holidays and Vacation. FRONT MAN/ESTIMATOR *EXPERIENCED ONLY* Must have excellent customer service skills and knowledge of insurance procedures. Order parts & Track schedule of parts. Negotiate with insurance adjusters. Communicate progress to customers on repairs of their vehicles consistently. *Must be friendly, self-motivated, responsible and reliable* *Knowledge of CCC program & Experience in Collision Repairs a Must* SECRETARY- Must have EXCELLENT customer service skills! Greeting customers. Capable of handling heavy call volume, making first report for insurance claims, Calling in insurance claims for auto accidents on behalf of the customer. Request/submit supplements, follow up on all payments, must have basic knowledge of Quick books and CCC one. Must be organized, Friendly, motivated, reliable and on time. Candidate must be able to work a team but also capable of working independently. Dress attire office appropriate. COMBO MAN- Must have tools, repair and straighten metal, (door skins, 1/4 panels) and must also do plastic work. PREP PERSON- Must Have experience with prepping panel for paint, priming, blocking repair panels, masking and bagging vehicles for paint work. DETAILER- Must have auto body shop experience, must know how to sand & polish fresh paint. HEAVY MAN- Must be familiar with Car-O-Liner chassis machine & measuring system, chassis pulls & replacements, quarter panel, body panel, and chassis rail replacement. I-car Certified and experience is a plus. ASSEMBLER- Looking for someone who can assemble and disassemble vehicles before and after repairs. Must own your own tools. MECHANIC- A Tech & B tech mechanics. Experience is a must. Need your own tools. TOW DRIVER- Must have clean valid license with tow endorsement- Nassau County Tow ID is a PLUS! AUTOMOTIVE GLASS INSTALLER- MUST KNOW HOW TO REMOVE AND INSTALL ALL GLASS AND WINDSHIELDS ON EVERY TYPE OF YEAR, MAKE & MODEL VEHICLE! FULL TIME M-F - NO WEEKENDS! MUST HAVE VALID/CLEAN DRIVERS LICENSE! COMBO MAN- Debe tener herramientas, reparar y enderezar metal, (cubiertas de puertas, paneles de 1/4) y también debe hacer trabajos de plástico. PERSONA DE PREPARACIÓN: debe tener experiencia en la preparación de paneles para pintura, imprimación, bloqueo de paneles de reparación, enmascaramiento y embolsado de vehículos para trabajos de pintura. DETALLADOR: debe tener experiencia en talleres de carrocería, debe saber cómo lijar y pulir pintura fresca. HOMBRE PESADO/FRAME GUY - debe estar familiarizado con la máquina de chasis y el sistema de medición Car-O-Liner, los tirones y reemplazos del chasis, el panel lateral, el panel de la carrocería y el reemplazo del riel del chasis. Certificado I-car y experiencia es un plus. ENSAMBLADOR: busca a alguien que pueda ensamblar y desmontar vehículos antes y después de las reparaciones. Debe poseer sus propias herramientas. MECÁNICA- Mecánica de tecnología A y tecnología B. La experiencia es imprescindible. Necesita sus propias herramientas. CONDUCTOR DE REMOLQUE: debe tener una licencia limpia y válida con endoso de remolque: ¡la identificación de remolque del condado de Nassau es un PLUS! INSTALADOR DE VIDRIO AUTOMOTRIZ: ¡DEBE SABER CÓMO QUITAR E INSTALAR TODOS LOS VIDRIO Y PARABRISAS EN CADA TIPO DE AÑO, MARCA Y MODELO DE VEHÍCULO! TIEMPO COMPLETO L-V - ¡NO FIN DE SEMANA! ¡DEBE TENER UNA LICENCIA DE CONDUCIR VÁLIDA/LIMPIA!
