Air Duct Cleaning Technician compensation: DOE employment type: full-time Overview: An Air Duct Technician is responsible for cleaning HVAC Air Ducts in the field for Residential and Commercial. Technicians must be professional, courteous and an excellent communicator with great customer service. They are responsible to examine each job; then use a consultative approach to lie out a plan that takes care of the customer's needs. This position includes training, medical benefits, and competitive pay scale - unlimited potential. Core Competencies: Attention to detail. Strong customer relation skills and positive attitude. Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills. Willingness to take initiative. Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted. Must be able to work unsupervised, have a good work ethic, be self-motivated and reliable. Schedule: Must be flexible - schedule will vary based on business needs. Possible weekend and nights but mostly days, M - F Must be 18+ Drug free. A clean background and clean driving record. Experience preferred but not required.
