We manage an apartment community in Klamath Falls and we have a number of strays that live at the complex. We haven't managed the property for long, but we believe most were family cats that were dumped when previous tenants moved, or the offspring of dumped cats. Some are very friendly and would do great as family pets but others are quite fearful of humans and would be much happier taking care of your rodent problem.
