Pacific Pallet Exchange has 2 openings for quality pallet builders. We offer a very competitive starting wage for training our way and then it goes to piece rate to earn more money. We offer 70% paid medical and 50% paid dental along with 401, paid holidays and paid vacation. The candidates should meet the following, Start at 16.50 an hour for the right candidate. 1-year recent experience building pallets. Must be able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to work 6am to 2:30pm M-F with some overtime. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day. Must be able to work at a production pace and meet quotas. We will also train candidates with no pallet building experience as long as the candidate has 1 recent year of nail gun experience. The training period wo0uld start at minimum wage until production goals are met. We also need laborers to do wood stacking and other duties. This position pays minimum wage.
