Ridgeline Hardscapes is looking for a Landscape Crew Member to join our team! We are a new landscaping company in Flagstaff, AZ with significant growth opportunities on the horizon. We have a close-knit crew and regularly participate in social activities. We’re looking for someone honest, hardworking, and eager to learn. Description: Full-Time or Part-Time Starting Pay: $18-$22 per Hour (Depending on Experience) Job Responsibilities: • Loading/Unloading material • Operating equipment (weed eaters, blowers, mowers, skid steers, etc.) • Digging holes and trenches • Pruning shrubs and low trees • Planting and maintaining flower beds, and applying mulch • Picking up trash and debris • Raking and bagging leaves and pine needles • Maintaining professional rapport with homeowners while on the jobsite • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • At least 18 Years Old • High School diploma or equivalent • Driver’s License and Clean Driving Record • Must be able to regularly lift up to 75lbs, have the ability to push, pull, and carry heavy objects, and stand, bend, and squat for extended periods of time • Preferred - a minimum of 1 year of Landscaping or Construction experience How to apply: Email us at [email protected] with your Resume in PDF format.
