Crystal Clear Custom Services provides full service, 24/7 snow and ice management services in Ellensburg. With a fleet of equipment and truck plows, sidewalk machines, and ice-melt equipment, our team efficiently clears snow and ice to provide safe conditions during winter storms. We are seeking safe, detailed, and honest operators to join our team. With less than 10% of time spent shoveling, machine operation is required, and previous experience is preferred. This is a part-time, temporary position during snow events from November 1st, 2022, to April 30th, 2023. Work is primarily at night and early morning, but daytime work may be required for large snowstorms. There are no guaranteed hours as it depends on the weather, but most winters average 5-10 snow events with full season operators averaging 70 work hours. Please list any previous snow removal and equipment operation experience when you apply. • Flexible schedule including late night and early morning • At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license • Able to pass a drug test and background check • Previous equipment or snow removal experience, or the ability and willingness to learn • Pay starting at $23/hr plus an additional safe driver bonus of up to $7/hr
