The Radiographer's Assistant / Boundary Watch is assigned to work under the direct supervision of a Level II Radiographer. On the job experience and hands-on training duties include: mathematical calculations and measurements, physically transporting equipment to and from the job site, boundary placement and monitoring, and internal and external use of required forms. This is an entry level position. Must be 18 and able to comply with pre employment and random drug & alcohol screenings. Northwest Inspection offers opportunities to obtain additional certifications towards becoming a Level II Radiographer. We provide non-destructive testing across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Work locations and durations of field assignments vary depending on the customers' needs. Our schedules are driven by when jobs are ready to be inspected so they can move on to the next stage, therefore our hours and days vary. In addition to a full time positions we have some work coming up that will be within the Tri-Cities area during the weekend only and will be paid at over time rates.
