The ideal candidate will possess: Some experience with tires or manufacturing  Ability to lift heavy tread materials and push truck tires on overhead rail system Initiative to meet production and quality goals Discipline to follow all safety procedures Teamwork skills A positive attitude Ability to pass a drug screening $15.00 to start and pay raises are awarded each time you learn a new skill.
